My Story

Connecting People. Connecting Markets. Connecting Brands.

My professional journey has always been driven by two passions: Marketing and Sales.

I began my career in Spain, where I became involved in marketing from an early age. From working in a marketing agency to moving into trade marketing and sales, I developed a strong understanding of brands, consumers and the importance of building lasting commercial relationships.

In 2010, a new opportunity brought me to the United Kingdom.

I arrived to develop a project for a Spanish ham brand. The project was short-lived, and I was offered the opportunity to return to Spain. Instead, I decided to stay and build something of my own.

That decision led me to create Spanish Ham Master, a platform dedicated to promoting Spanish ham in the UK through events, consultancy and business development.

The idea was simple: to share the culture and quality of Spanish ham while creating real commercial opportunities. I worked with restaurants, helping them select the right hams for their menus, and with Spanish producers, helping them find customers and develop their presence in the British market.

Spanish Ham Master became much more than a project about jamón. It brought together my background in marketing and sales, my passion for gastronomy and my ability to connect brands with the right people.

My journey then took me to Cinco Jotas, where I worked as Country Manager for the United Kingdom and Scandinavian markets, taking a break from Spanish Ham Master during that period. It was an opportunity to represent one of Spain's most prestigious jamón ibérico brands and further develop my experience in international brand development and the premium food sector.

Later, I joined Mevalco, a specialist importer of premium Spanish food products, as Sales Director, working with the UK hospitality and foodservice market.

The arrival of the pandemic brought new challenges and a different professional direction. I began working as an independent commercial agent for COVAP, helping introduce its products to the market and develop new business opportunities.

Since then, I have also collaborated with brands such as Vichy Catalan and Bodegas Habla, supporting their commercial development and helping connect their products with new customers.

Beyond the UK. Expanding into International Markets.

Beyond the United Kingdom, my professional journey has taken me to international markets, particularly across Asia, where I have worked with different brands to explore opportunities, open new markets and develop commercial relationships.

These experiences have involved travelling, meeting potential partners, understanding different business cultures and helping brands establish their presence in new territories.

Working across international markets has reinforced something I strongly believe in: successful business development goes far beyond selling a product. It requires cultural understanding, adaptability, trust and, above all, the ability to connect with people.

Every country, every meeting and every new market has contributed to my experience and shaped the way I approach international business today.

Beyond Business. People & Experiences.

Throughout all these years, one thing has remained constant: my belief that successful business is built on people, trust and relationships.

Working internationally has also given me the opportunity to travel, discover new cultures, meet inspiring people and enjoy unforgettable experiences, particularly through gastronomy.

Today, I bring together everything I have learned through marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and international business development.

Connecting People. Connecting Markets. Connecting Brands.

Not just a professional statement, but a reflection of the journey that has brought me here.
