This includes identifying and contacting suitable local partners, whether importers, distributors, or logistics operators, and establishing a clear work strategy from the outset to meet expectations.

Brand Representation

Defining the most effective format to represent the brand locally.


I support brands by acting as a local brand ambassador or by identifying and structuring the right local representation.

The objective is to ensure clear communication between the brand and the market, facilitating alignment between the brand’s values, its positioning and the expectations of local customers.

Sales Activation & Commercial Support

Supporting brand development and growth through direct local action.


I work alongside distributors to support and train their sales teams, helping translate strategy into effective commercial execution.

 

This includes identifying key customers and volume opportunities, ensuring efforts are focused where they generate real impact and sustainable growth.

MY PERSONAL RULES

I work with a small number of brands at any given time, maintaining strict product-category exclusivity to avoid conflicts and protect long-term value.


Not every project is the right fit... and that’s intentional.

The first conversation is not about selling… It’s about understanding the brand, the market and whether working together makes sense.
